Bianca Cruz '09 '14, MSN, ENP-C, FNP-C, is currently an
Emergency Nurse Practitioner working for Lancaster Emergency
Associates in the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital ER.
She graduated in 2009 with her ASN and 2014 with her BSN from
PA College. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree
at Drexel University in 2017. She is in the midst of obtaining her
DNP degree. She resides in Lancaster with her husband, two
children and diabetic dog.

Career Connections Events
PA College hosts three virtual Career Connection
Events every semester via Zoom. Topics covered
so far have included Non-Hospital Health Care
Careers, Nurse Anesthetists, Medical Imaging, and
more. What careers do students need to learn more
about? What interesting or uncommon career path
do you want current students to hear about? If you
are interested in sharing your experience with the
next generation or have a topic suggestion, email
