Speaking of markets, a future benefit of an expanding GMRC
member base will be our ability to give the members visibility
to, initially, their markets (we define by Designated Marketing
Areas or DMAs because they're all-inclusive of every US county/
golf course location) and, eventually, by peer groups (Pellucid's 4
public facility types, Premium, Value, Price and Learning & Practice).
What visibility/insights will that open up for our members
and our trends analyses? Well, just using 2 of our KPIs (Rounds
& Utilization), it's shaping up something like the graphic above.

* For June on Rounds, you can see that the portfolio facilities
in Boston actually " beat " their '20 number en route
to crushing their '19 figure, up 10% and 32% respectively.
On the flip side, Austin, Charleston and Phoenix
demonstrated my " giveback " forecast with Phoenix
showing a healthy 2-yr net gain, while Charleston shows
