a slight two year gain and, for the month, Austin actually
fell short of a depressed '19 number (hmmm)
* Of the 4 markets that showed June Rounds declines vs.
'20 (yellow column), you can see two of them were due
to weather (Grand Rapids, Corpus Christi with healthy
Utilization gains) while the other two were declines net
of weather (Utilization drops)
We've already distributed to the members the full 7 KPI aggregation
for both the month of June and the June YtD periods
for their reference so they're a step ahead of you. To their
credit, we had over 90% of the members input their June numbers
within the first 5 business days following the month close
so that's also helped our efforts in providing fast, comparative
insights across the portfolio. If you haven't already gotten the
picture, yes, I'm trying to entice as many owner/operators out
there as possible to join the GMRC community we've created
and is now up and running. The way we build the community
is we make this information and insight available exclusively to
the members and they use it to make more-informed business
decisions and win in their marketplace vs. the non-community
operators. Based on the feedback from the pilot program
participants, which we're now building into GMRC 2.0, and
the scorecard results we're seeing through June, we're well on
our way to having infinitely more facts
and insights on performance at the end
of the '21 season than we had coming
off our breakout year in '20. That will
help progressive owner/operators decide
what to continue, start and stop in '22
based on the metrics vs. their intuition.

success for progressive, curious and independent
thinkers.
