For those of you getting the Pellucid monthly weather reports, the open regions had generally improved weather; but we saw some Course Utilization slippage in both January and February. We saw a 4% gain during March so there isn't any major cause for alarm; however, it means watching Q2 results through June has even higher importance. In following these results; there are some fundamental Key Performance Indicators to watch: - Weather Adjusted Course Utilization Levels - Weather Adjusted Revenue per Available Round (RevPAR) - Unique Customer Counts - Transaction and Customer Value Add in the upward pricing decisions most of you have made (and expansion of dynamic pricing) and we have set the stage for some really interesting analytics. Your price increases may offset some slippage in Course Utilization and RevPAR; but if you're not selling the increased inventory the weather is giving you, your customers may be telling us something. The real good news for us is that between the work with our GMRC participants and the metrics we are working on with Metolius; we have a front row seat.
