collector. The contact line is composed of modules, consisting of a 3-5-m-long box that includes all of the components
that allow the line to be placed on the ground between the
rails of the track. On the surface of the module, there is a
succession of external steel plates, each 50 cm long, that
are insulated from each other. The power module is placed
in a continuous duct that contains the cables for the positive and negative power supply line. The negative cable is
also used for the protection of the line itself.
Tramwave feeds vehicles with voltages up to 750 V in continuous current. The current collection system (see Figures 1
