DIgSILENT has set standards and trends in power system modelling,
analysis and simulation for more than 25 years. The proven advantages
of PowerFactory software are its overall functional integration, its
applicability to the modelling of generation, transmission, distribution
and industrial grids and the analysis of the interactions of these grids.
In the PowerFactory 2016 release a portfolio of new capabilities
and features for improved result visualisation and graphical
representation has been added. Moreover, the 2016 release integrates
a variety of new models and provides a multitude of improvements
regarding calculation performance via the incorporation of advanced
parallelisation techniques. In addition, the new version comes with a
completely redesigned look, making the handling more intuitive and
improving workflow.
