Entrenamiento y
validación del DDPG para
el control de HVAC
Para el algoritmo del DDPG, se
utilizan los datos de TMY de
Knoxville del 1-30 de noviembre
de 2019 para el entrenamiento. El
intervalo de control del algoritmo
del DDPG es de 60 minutos. La
información de entrada del estado
para el algoritmo del DDPG
incluye
actual de cada zona, la temperatura
exterior y el precio minorista,
así como el límite inferior
del nivel de confort del usuario
(tabla 1). El algoritmo del DDPG
genera directamente un punto de
ajuste continuo determinista para
cada zona del sistema de HVAC
del edificio. El rango del punto de
ajuste está diseñado para ser igual
a la zona de temperatura de confort
del usuario.
El algoritmo del DDPG se
entrena durante 300 episodios.
Después del entrenamiento, el
algoritmo del DDPG previamente
entrenado se continúa
validando en dos escenarios
nunca antes vistos: 1) con los
datos de TMY de Knoxville del
1-20 de enero de 2020 y 2) con
los mismos datos climáticos que
en el primer escenario pero con
10 modelos de edificios que tienen
distintos parámetros de masa
térmica del banco de pruebas de
la simulación. El abordaje del
DDPG se compara con dos estrategias
de control de referencia: 1)
un caso basado en reglas, en el
que la temperatura se establece
en el punto más bajo durante las
horas de precio máximo y en el
punto más alto durante las horas
de precio mínimo para lograr un
efecto de precalentamiento para
reducir los costos de la energía,
y 2) un caso de punto de ajuste
fijo, en el que el punto de ajuste
está siempre en el valor más alto
del rango del punto de ajuste para
evitar infracciones al nivel de
confort del usuario.
