es importante preguntarse por qué una oferta única
combinada puede ser más valiosa que otras individuales de
cada tecnología.
A fin de que se trate de manera justa y no discriminatoria,
una fuente híbrida sería responsable de brindar servicios
que le permita un mercado, con un rendimiento comparable
al nivel de una fuente convencional. Las analíticas y las
estrategias de oferta de una fuente híbrida deberán ser bastante
sofisticadas para asegurar este nivel de rendimiento.
Esto incluye gestión del estado de carga de la batería, con
el uso de pronósticos de probabilidad de los componentes
de ER con intervalos de confianza significativos para suplementar
la energía de la batería durante algunos periodos, con
el ajuste de ofertas en diferentes periodos a niveles que se
puedan brindar con confianza, entre otros.
En principio, los operadores del mercado pueden gestionar
el riesgo a nivel del sistema y compensar a los participantes
del mercado según su rendimiento. En la práctica, esto
puede implicar que cada fuente debe rendir al menos tanto
como la tasa de interrupción forzada de una fuente convencional.
Si se combinan múltiples tecnologías con diferentes
