The hotel manages this by reaching out
to customers and becoming familiar with
their preferences and priorities, he says.
“We try to personalize things as much as
possible, and really create a very welcoming sense of arrival, from the moment
they pull up to the hotel,” he says.

The Langham Boston offers many amenities, including The Reserve, a Europeanstyle lounge in its lobby, Bussiere says.
“We offer a continental breakfast, lunch
and dinner that we complement with
