NO. 60 SERIOUS PIE SEATTLE, WA New to the Hot 100 list, the gourmet-style pizzeria is taking a serious bite out of the Seattle pizza scene. The two-unit pizzeria was founded by James Beard Award winner Tom Douglas looking to create a "pizzeria with a bread baker's soul." Serious Pie has a small, but mighty pizza menu. The square-cut pizza pictured features sweet fennel sausage, roasted peppers and provolone. Another favorite is topped with Yukon Gold potato, rosemary and Pecorino Romano.
