PRODUCTS
Cannabidiol, or CBD,
has been touted as a
treatment for a wide
variety of ills. While
there are no studies
that defi nitively
prove its eff ectiveness
for anything
other than some
forms of epilepsy,
many people say it
helps with health
issues such as insomnia,
neuromuscular
pain, and anxiety.
CBD is derived
from the hemp plant
and is also one of the
many components
of its relative, the
marijuana plant, but
CBD on its own does
not produce a high.
It is legal and readily
available in the
United States, where
it is sold as an oil
or topical treatment
as well as in chocolates,
gummies, and
even lattes.
If you're interested
