The generosity of our Full Circle of Support (FCS) Partners and Circle of Support Partners is integral to the AISES mission. FCS Partners are organizations that have established a multiprogram partnership with AISES for three or more years, while our Circle of Support Partners assist in funding a diverse range of programs and events in the STEM fields. We wish to thank each for their continued effort to serve AISES student and professional members. Full Circle of Support Laurel James was the Tribal Partnership Project program manager for a Northwest Advanced Renewables Alliance grant, led by Washington State University, that has resulted in a historic first test of a biofuel in commercial aviation. James worked with the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe to source biomass, which was made into a blend of biofuel and petroleum that Alaska Airlines successfully tested on a commercial 737 flight in November. James is a PhD candidate at the University of Washington. Circle of Support Excellence Partners Success Partners Our idea of big picture thinking. Opportunity!
