the legacy of Christopher Bechtler. The sidewalk trail is
minted with commemorative $1 Bechtler gold coin replicas
donated by supporters of our rich history in Rutherford
County and easily viewed by visitors strolling through our
main streets.

HIKE THROUGH HISTORY A KID'S WAY. This
half-mile walk takes you past historic landmarks and
features dating back to the Revolutionary War. Walk in the
soldiers' footsteps, see where the nation's first $1 gold coin
was minted, and meander through Civil War gravesites.

Riverside Riding Stables provides hourly trail and river

Cedar Creek Riding Stables offers multiple trails, pony rides
for children 8 and under, and family mining, fishing and
picnic space. Special event space also available.
