Call for Papers
SEICO 12 is defined to show evidence and to stimulate the best ideas and realizations in Advanced Composite Material
Systems and Process Engineering Technology to make it public to a world wide Audience by publishing the SEICO
12 Proceedings on CD Rom. The screening and selection of the papers to be presented at SEICO 12 will be issued by
the Scientific Committee of SAMPE Europe, composed of experts from Research Centres, Universities, Industries and
highly skilled individuals.
If you are engaged in one of the segments to follow here below, to design new material features or to improve existing
once to increase performance for stronger “Lift off” application involved, SAMPE Europe invites you to submit an
abstract consisting in maximum of 200 words (1 page) not later than September 1st

All in due time received abstracts will be screened and judged during September by the Scientific Committee to inform
in early days of November 2011 all submitter about the decision taken. Accepted abstracts are due to become prepared
as a paper, not later than February 15th
2012, to be transmitted as an electronic file.

Abstract Submission
The submission of an abstract and its acceptance by the Scientific Committee commits the author(s) to present the
paper under respecting to get necessary clearance for its publication by implementation in the SEICO 12 Proceedings
in form of a CD Rom.
Each speaker of a paper will be rewarded by a substantial reduction of the registration fee and gets in addition a personal
gift after the lecture.

SAMPE Europe would be pleased to welcome your organisation or company to sign for a sponsor Amount for SEICO 12
based upon a comprehensive scheme providing in exchange the visualization of the name and logo on all publications
and the proceedings and sustaining additional advantages.

Poster Exhibition of SAMPE Europe Students Conference 2012
As realized in 2011, all participants of the SAMPE Europe Student’s Conference 2012 will present their works in a
special Poster Exhibition Room next to the SEICO 12 Conference Auditoriums at the Hotel Mercure, Vanves.
Hotel Accommodation
All SEICO 12 attendees will get special rates proposed by booking the hotel reservation through ATI Congrès Organisaion,
proposing hotels in all categories near to Hotel MERCURE Vanves – or at MERCURE Vanves itself. and near to
the PARIS EXPO Porte de Versailles Complex.
In the Preliminary Programme SEICO 12 which is due to be published in January 2012 in Internet (www.sampe-europe.
org) the hotel reservation form and conference registration form will be made available.
