Dear SAMPE Friends,
I'm writing this in mid-July, just before the deadline as usual.
SAMPE Europe is looking for our next conference, SAMPE Europe 2016, our main conference to held in
Liege, Belgium from the 13th to 15th of September. Our Benelux chapter has been working hard to make
this an international, interesting and successful conference.
Our event will be held at the Palais des Congres situated in the heart of the Boverie Park where it offers
pleasant surroundings with lush vegetation, paths and ponds. With its opposite side overlooking the
river, the Convention Centre has the added charm of the peaceful Meuse River, its houseboats and
wonderful walks along the water's edge.
The Liege team organized a challenging excursion program with 6 different tours to 8 specialized
companies from automotive to aerospace. Also the tutorial program is more than worthwhile to attend.
I hope to see many of you at Liege and also in the coming CAMX 2016 two weeks after. When times are
changing rapidly the idea of good communities such as SAMPE and the dedicated people that makes
SAMPE work keep up the spirit!
