"We have been able to use our
website to utilize electronic conference
registration and payment. No more
mailing paper and checks! We have
also loaded each presentation for
conference to our website after
conference, as well as emailed them
out prior to conference."

We updated our website this past year
to create a user-friendly way to register
for the conference and stay up to
date on information within our affiliate.
When we conduct surveys now, we
do them online via sources such
as SurveyMonkey."

"We have used technology to assess
the learning needs of our members via
the use of surveys and evaluations.
We also use our website as a "landing
spot" for meeting minutes from the

"We began using ZapEvents for our
conference registration process, which
has reduced the manual workload for
our board quite a bit. DropBox is used
to share and edit files. MNACVPR will
be hosting our first webinar this fall!"

our conference via webcast in
2018 to reach/engage with more of
our membership."

"We are in the process of building
a new website that is even more
user friendly to continue to improve
the communication between
our members."

"It would be nice to add webinars to
our meetings so that we can actively
update and share our meeting notes
and agenda. We currently conduct
them via teleconference. We would
like to be able to move the conference
evaluations to an online tool rather
than paper."

"More involvement on social media is
something we plan to implement. We
are also experimenting with various
file-sharing programs."
