Exhibitor Opportunities Your company will receive focused exposure through AACVPR Annual Meeting marketing efforts, which target members, prospects, and previous attendees. Through various print and electronic marketing channels, including direct mail, email distributions, industry website links, and advertising, the 2017 Annual Meeting marketing campaign will reach tens of thousands of contacts. Exhibit Package Exhibit Add-Ons * 10' x 10' booth space Passport to Prizes: $300 * Three (3) Exhibit Showcase registrations Give attendees another reason to stop by your booth: add your company to the Passport to Prizes. Attendees who visit the booths of all exhibitors on the Passport will be entered in a drawing to win prizes from those exhibitors. Vendor is responsible for providing a prize with $100+ value. * Company listing in Annual Meeting promotional materials and AACVPR website * Company listing in Annual Meeting Mobile App (including company name, booth number, address, phone, email, website, and 25-word description) * Post-meeting attendee list (including name, title, facility, city, and state) in PDF format (Additional fees apply for lead retrieval) Exhibit Pricing Early-bird Pricing * $2,200 per 10' x 10' booth space through September 10, 2016 Standard Pricing * $2,500 per 10' x 10' booth space after September 10, 2016 Non-Profit Rate * $1,500 per 10' x 10' booth space Corner Fee * $250 per exposed corner Ignite Sessions: $500 each Grab the attention of attendees by asking them to 'step right up' to the stage to hear what your company has to say in five minutes or less! AACVPR will promote the time and location of your pitch through the onsite guide and mobile app. You'll have the opportunity to collect contact information if you are interested in doing a giveaway later from your booth. Six slots are available. This opportunity is first-come, firstserved. Your time slot will be assigned once the application is received. Snack Station: $5,000 each (Available Thursday only) Draw traffic to your booth by sponsoring a fun snack station during Exhibit Showcase hours. The snack stations will be placed inside your exhibit booth. Opening Reception Bar: $3,500 (6 available) The Exhibit Showcase Opening Reception will give attendees and exhibitors the opportunity to have productive conversations as well as socialize as they gear up for the actionpacked days ahead. Enjoy light food and refreshments before joining your colleagues, clients and business partners for dinner. A bar will be strategically placed near the sponsor's booth, allowing your company maximum traffic flow. No other events are held during this time, providing an excellent networking opportunity in a dynamic atmosphere. Signage and company logo napkins will be provided. Sponsor will have the opportunity to choose a specialty drink for their bar. Not available if Reception is sponsored. Hotel Room Door Drop: Call for Pricing Call attention to your company's presence at the meeting by sponsoring a Hotel Room Door Drop. Whether you are showcasing a new product or service, hosting an Ignite Session, or simply want to highlight your booth, customers will see your message as they leave their hotel rooms on the morning the Exhibit Showcase opens.
