AACVPR Annual Meeting From first-time attendees to those who attend every year, more than 1,000 attendees convene at AACVPR's Annual Meeting, and rely on AACVPR to provide the very best continuing education and networking opportunities to enable them to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. Support the #1 aspect of the Annual Meeting: top-tier professional education. Educational Sessions Overview Featured speakers, keynote addresses, and approximately 40 educational and hands-on sessions provide cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation professionals with pertinent education they can directly apply to the care of their patients and the management of their programs. Presentations are selected from abstracts submitted to AACVPR and cover a wide range of topics. You may choose to provide an educational grant for an individual session, a full educational track, a hands-on session series, or a keynote address. Educational sessions are offered in the following tracks tailored to attendees' specific career paths and disciplines: * Cardiovascular Rehabilitation & Clinical Cardiology * Pulmonary Rehabilitation & Medicine * Innovative Leadership * Nutrition & Behavior Change * Program Management Acknowledgement includes your company logo displayed on signage and slides for the individual educational session(s) and recognition in the Annual Meeting Onsite Guide and opening and closing sessions. If you are a returning supporter, we must have a written commitment by December 31, 2016, for any returning commitment in 2017 or the item/event may be made available to other interested parties. 8 | AACVPR 2017 Support Opportunities Opening Keynote Address Vendor Symposia Limited Availability! $10,000 $3,500 each (plus expenses) Help kick-off the 2017 Annual Meeting by supporting an inspirational opening keynote address by a renowned industry thought leader. Your support of the Opening Keynote will be recognized prominently with remarks from the podium, signage, and acknowledgement in the event guide. The presentation's summary evaluation results will be made available to you upon request. AACVPR is pleased to offer industry partners the opportunity to present non-CE-oriented vendor symposia. You may present a symposium dedicated exclusively to your company and its products, or any topic of your choice. Your symposium will be included on the AACVPR Annual Meeting website, in an email communication, and in the event guide to help promote your program to Annual Meeting registrants and ensure maximum attendance at your session. Vendor symposia include standard audio/ visual equipment. Additional food and beverage fees apply. Attendance may range from 20 to 500 or more based on company preference. Vendor syposia sponsors are required to exhibit at the Annual Meeting. Closing Keynote Address $10,000 End the Annual Meeting on a high note by supporting the Closing Keynote. Receive prominent recognition from the podium and reserved seating at the presentation. The keynote's summary evaluation results are available upon request. Concurrent Breakout Session(s) $5,000 each (approximately 45 available) Leading experts in the industry present high-quality educational sessions for attendees. Topic-specific breakout sessions delve into new, refined, and emerging advances in cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation. Sessions are also recorded and made available online following the Annual Meeting. Your support will provide prominent recognition with signage and slides at the supported session, and the session's summary evaluation results will be made available upon request. You will also be recognized with the recorded version of your supported session with a logo with hyperlink. AACVPR Live! $30,000 exclusive support or $5,000 per session AACVPR now presents select sessions virtually to individuals who cannot be on-site through AACVPR Live! Virtual attendees can access video and slides on a user-friendly online platform, and can interact with speakers via a moderated question and answer tool. The sessions are also recorded and made available as a package or individual sessions following the Annual Meeting. The virtual meeting offers live continuing education credit and expands the reach of the AACVPR Annual Meeting. Pre-Meeting Workshops $15,000 On Wednesday, prior to the official kick-off of the Annual Meeting, AACVPR presents pre-meeting workshops on pertinent topics. The workshops are intensive full- or half-day sessions with expert faculty presenting.
