Heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Unfold piecrust and place into a 9-inch pie pan. 3. Press firmly into pie pan and bake for 8 minutes.Set aside. 4. In a large skillet, cook bacon 5-6 minutes until crisp and drain on a paper towel. 5. In a small bowl, beat eggs, add half and half and nutmeg and blend well. 6. Crumble bacon over baked piecrust and sprinkle cheese over crumbled bacon. 8. Bake quiche at 425 for 15 minutes. 9.
