The Villages Golf Cars works closely with
manufacturers to continue innovating and coming up
with ideas that customers will love. With The Villages
being one of the largest areas in the entire country
with golf car-friendly roads, Resmondo says it is
beneficial for both parties to work together to develop
new features that are tailored to the community.
"They're learning from us, in a lot of cases," she
said. "We collaborate an awful lot. We're working
toward getting (the manufacturers) to really start
thinking of these as true forms of transportation,
especially as many towns and municipalities are
allowing golf car travel within their town. It's
becoming more and more a global opportunity."
Along with golf car sales, the company also provides
rentals that customers can rent on a daily, weekly or
monthly basis. Rentals allow visitors and potential
homebuyers to experience The Villages lifestyle -
cruising the streets in a golf car and enjoying the warm
Central Florida weather.
Resmondo says The Villages Golf Cars also supplies
vehicles for many of the golf courses in The Villages -
keeping the courses stocked with late-model golf cars
and making sure they all are maintained properly.

Sales, rentals and more - The Villages Golf Cars is
focused on providing everything anyone in The Villages
could possibly need, and they are there to answer any
questions people have about cruising the streets in a
golf car.
"We encourage anyone to come in and ask
questions," Resmondo said. "It's not about selling you a
golf car every time you walk in the door - if you have
a need, we're your hometown partner here, and we
want to help you understand."
After experiencing so much growth over the last
three decades, Resmondo says she and the rest of the
team at The Villages Golf Cars are looking forward to
whatever the future may bring.
"We're really excited to continue to be a part of the
culture of the community," she said. "We'll continue
to grow as the community continues to grow - to
make sure we're providing the service that we have
established for ourselves here."
