KIM INVITES SHOPPERS
TO SIT DOWN AND MAKE
CUSTOM SELECTIONS.

Like choosing an outfit, golf car ownership
is a personal thing, a matter of style as much as
practicality. What fits one Villager may not suit
another, Kim explains. To kick off the conversation
with new buyers, Kim often begins with some
lifestyle questions. " Where they live, how they live,
how far they'll need to go in their golf car, " she said.
The answers to these questions help determine
whether a gas-powered or electric golf car is the
suitable option.
" With gas, you can go well over 200 miles,
while electric golf cars go up to about 70, " Kim
explained. " I know that sounds like a lot, but some
people really want to live in their golf cars! I just
always want to make sure we choose what's right
for them. "
The next step is where the rubber meets the
road: test driving.
" Some people want to skip this part, but it's
important to take a test drive to determine their
comfort level, " Kim said.
Back at the office, Kim invites shoppers to sit
down and make custom selections.
" Fabrics, pinstriping, the wheels - they have a
