Food, friendship and fun... that’s what its all about for the Spanish-American Club in The Villages!
From the colorful dresses they wear to the colorful food they cook Spanish flavor is evident in everything they do! “We get together all the time. We are all close friends and like to have gatherings at our different houses,” said Alicia Kath of the Village of Mira Mesa. “We celebrate everything!” “We like to eat and dance!” said Titina Parsons of the Village of Mallory Square who is also the club president. “This is the funnest club in The Villages!”

“The club is exciting! There is always something to do, we play games, have picnics and there are also dances almost every month,” said Parsons. The variety of clubs and activities available in The Villages are a large draw for the residents that move here. Club member Daisy Guerrero of the Village of Summerhill moved to The Villages from the Honduras. “I thought it was beautiful and loved all of the activities,” she said.
