"I knew we wanted two levels," Kathy said.
"I thought we wanted a contemporary design,
but Vera took us to a few pools and we gravitated
towards a more natural look."
As T&D's sales manager, Vera Martin said she
was not the brains of the operation, but she did
work with the Hasemans to offer her expertise
throughout the project.
"(Kathy) would show me pictures of the ideas
she had and I told her the pros and cons, why
natural rock was a good idea," Vera said.
Together, they compiled a wish list of features:
a television area, a fireplace, a bar, a dining space
and a bathroom.
"I asked Vera if there was anything she never
got a chance to build but wanted to," Kathy said.
