" This model is very efficient and
organized; it works so well for us, "
Debbie said.
More square footage isn't a
necessity - it's all about how you use
your space. With custom shelving and
cabinetry, the Smith home has plenty
of nooks and surprises.
" The most important thing for us is
to live without clutter, and we've learned to do
that, " Debbie said. " I don't mind letting things
go. We moved here with just 10 boxes 10 years
ago - let someone else enjoy what we've had.
We keep the memory, and that's all we need. "
With sea salt green walls, shimmering glass
accessories and wicker and rattan elements
that add texture to every room, their home has
a spa-like feel.
" We've just had fun putting it all together, "
Debbie said.
The nature-inspired colors create a cohesive palette that connects the indoors to their
view - the blue sky and rolling green acreage just outside. Fluffy rugs, linen sofas and
soft fabrics add to the sensory experience.
" I just mix things up, " Debbie said. " I
like to repurpose old items, put things in
new rooms or arrange them in different
