Stefano Marcuard Stefano has a true Italian passion for cooking that was instilled in him by his mother at a young age. He came across his peach recipe when he was raising his family in North Carolina; his friend brought the dish to a backyard gathering and everyone loved it. Stefano has since appreciated this dish for how easy it is to make for gatherings with friends and family. Grilled Peaches with Honey-Balsamic Glaze INGREDIENTS 1/8 cup honey 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 8 ounces sour cream 6 firm but ripe peaches, halved, pitted DIRECTIONS 1. Whisk 1/2 cup honey, vinegar and vanilla in small bowl. 2. Whisk sour cream and remaining 2 tablespoons of honey in medium bowl to blend 3. Cover separately, refrigerate sour cream mixture, re-whisk before use. 4. Pre-heat grill to medium high. Brush peaches generously with half of the glaze. Grill peaches until heated thru, turn occasionally (about 4 minutes) 5. Arrange 2 peach halves (cut side up) on each plate and drizzle with remaining glaze. Spoon sour cream mixture into peaches.
