The group meets early — at 7:30 a.m. — Tuesdays and Thursdays at Odell Recreation Center. Variety is one of the things Jo Ann appreciates about the class. “It’s not the same routine every week. One week might be kickboxing, one week might be aerobics. It stays interesting because of different routines,” she said.
