pound; you can buy a whole rotisserie chicken and
just go home."
The pair also own and operate Ednas' on the
Green, the pavilion overlooking the nearby Marsh
View Pitch and Putt. The pavilion offers draft and
bottled beer, a selection of wines and other cold
drinks. Visitors can pull up a chair or barstool
at a table inside the pavilion, and there also is an
outdoor area under the oak trees with string lights,
offering a view of the adjacent golf course.
Jordan and J.T. both say they are excited to be
where they are, and they say they have enjoyed
seeing the surrounding community grow around
them.
"We're really excited that we're right in the
middle of the neighborhood," Jordan said. "We've
met some really, really nice people down here. It's
so cool to come into a community and have them
be welcoming and so excited to have you."
Hospitality is the name of the game at Ednas'
Provisions & Vittles and Ednas' on the Green, and
Jordan, J.T. and the rest of their team are excited
to continue meeting their new neighbors as they
provide a unique dining experience at the southern
end of The Villages.
"That's probably our strength and our team's
biggest strength - the connections they make
with people and their desire to show them a
wonderful experience through food and beverage,"
Jordan said. "The personalities that we're going
to be spending our time with each and every
day, from what we've seen so far, are just
dynamite. They're wonderful."
