much (Lauren and Leah) enjoyed playing with sticker books, so I picked up a few
for them. One thing led to another, and it
wasn't too long before their grandpa looked like the
(above) photo. We all laughed until our tummies hurt."

about 3, we passed one of the small student
transport buses. She said, 'It doesn't look like
a real school bus, Grandmom.' I told her it
was similar and explained that similar means 'almost the
same.' That evening, I asked (her) the meaning of 'similar.'
Her response (was), 'I think it means 'hello' in Italian!'"
