TIERRA DEL SOL Filet & Shrimp INGREDIENTS 6-ounce filet mignon; 3 large shrimp; 4 ounces red and green bell peppers; 8 ounces green beans; 1 ounce beef demi-glace; 1 teaspoon. of minced garlic; 1 tablespoon unsalted butter; steak seasoning to taste DIRECTIONS 1. Season filet with steak seasoning and chargrill to desired temperature. 2. Sautée shrimp with butter and garlic. 3. Steam green beans and peppers, then season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Lay ready-to-eat demi-glace on plate, place filet and shrimp on top. Woodford Old Fashioned INGREDIENTS 2 dashes of simple syrup; 2 orange slices; 2 cherries; 2.5 ounces Woodford Reserve bourbon; 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth; 2 dashes of bitters; splash club soda DIRECTIONS 1. Muddle simple syrup, 1 orange slice and 1 cherry. 2. Add ice, bourbon, bitters and sweet vermouth. 3. " Roll " the contents from one glass to another to mix ingredients. 4. Splash of club soda. 5.
