HAVANA Salmon Fig Salad INGREDIENTS 6 ounces fresh salmon; 5 ounces spring mix; 3 ounces dried figs cut in half; 3 ounces fresh strawberries; 5 cherry tomatoes; 3 ounces red onions; 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese; 2 ounces house-made honey balsamic dressing DIRECTIONS 1. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and put it on the grill. Cook for approximately 4 minutes each side for medium salmon. 2. Rinse the spring mix, and fill the bowl. Add the fresh strawberries and figs around the outside of the salad. Place the cherry tomatoes on top of the salad, and fill in the spaces with finely sliced red onions. 3. Garnish with fresh goat cheese and drizzle the salad with the house-made dressing. Top with the grilled salmon and enjoy! Havana Hurricane INGREDIENTS 2 ounces Bacardi Rum; 2 ounces Myers Dark Rum; 1/2 ounce passion fruit pureƩ; 1 ounce lemon juice; 1 ounce orange juice; 1 teaspoon grenadine; orange slice and cherry for garnish DIRECTIONS 1. Mix all ingredients except for grenadine together, shake and pour into hurricane glass. 2. Top with grenadine and add orange slice and cherry for garnish. Serve and enjoy. 14 NOVEMBER 2021
