In the training and development arena today, it may be critical to survival! Unfortunately, this key component is often overlooked as seemingly more important tasks compete for precious time and other resources. As with most things, if you don’t plan to do it, if someone is not assigned to focus directly on it, it won’t be done. Today, more than ever, you can not afford to overlook the role of communications in acquiring resources and promoting the training and development function internally.
