consideration of approximately $3.5
million. The acquisition is in line with
NetDimensions’ strategy to become

it has completed the acquisition of
the sales transformation company,
NinetyFive 5 LLC. This acquisition
positions Franklin Covey’s Sales
Performance Practice to be one of

that it has acquired BayGroup
International. This move expands
Corporate Visions’ business and
strengthens its reputation as

training, Richardson QuickSkills™. Its
library consists of more than 60 core

acquired KnowledgePool Group
Ltd, a managed learning services
provider. KnowledgePool has the
ability to manage all learning activity
and operations through a single
channel that maximizes return on
training investment.
Mercuri International, PMI and
Revegy partner to create the Global
Sales Velocity Alliance. This is a
co-operation between the three
companies to provide clients with
a complete sales performance
