an independent Swiss consulting
company, to deliver communication

CrossKnowledge, a learning solutions

Richardson, a leading global sales
training and performance improvement
company, announced a partnership
with SAVO, the market leader in sales
enablement. Together, the two companies
have developed SAVO Sales Process
Pro Richardson Edition, an application
that allows sales and marketing leaders
to reinforce training and execute best
practices through coaching at each stage
of the sales cycle.

Corporate Visions announced it has
acquired Launch International, a unique
communications company specializing in
marketing and sales enablement content.
This deal further enhances Corporate
Visions' customer conversation system
and expands its market leadership
position as the largest provider of
consulting, content and training products
and services for helping companies
improve their selling conversations.

Corporate Executive Board (CEB),
the leading member-based advisory
company, announced it has acquired
KnowledgeAdvisors, the pioneer and
leading provider of analytics solutions
for talent development professionals, for
approximately $52 million. As a result of
this acquisition, CEB is uniquely positioned
to help senior executives optimize
investments that drive development ROI
and ultimately corporate performance.

the Effective-People and Effective-Learning
companies to add to its GP Strategies'
Learning Solutions group. Leading

Survey Results Show Many Leadership
Teams Out of Touch
Many corporate teams operate as though
stuck in a leadership bubble, according to

a survey of more than 300 executives and
managers conducted by AMA Enterprise.
One-third of respondents believe their
leadership is stuck in a bubble most
of the time, while another half said it
happens on occasion. Only 18 percent
indicated their leadership team has not
lost touch with the organization.
