Owning a Tree Farm means taking responsibility for tending to its continual improvement, while always seeking to enhance the value of the overall estate. While particular stands on the Tree Farm may have a defined start and end, it is the intermediate treatments during the life of a stand that contribute real value to the estate. And of such treatments, thinning is most often used.
