Upon further investigation, it appeared that safety training was not conducted consistently for all employees. Recommendation: Implement a comprehensive safety training program. EMC can support safety training efforts through training material, including Safety Talks, videos, posters and safety signs. Remember, these services are available at no cost to EMC policyholders.
