Gunlock Reservoir offers boating, water sports, and quality fishing for bass and catfish. A mild winter climate makes this a great year-round destination.

Sand Hollow State Park is an oasis in the southwestern Utah desert. Visitors enjoy boating, OHV riding, day-use, and camping on the reservoir.

Edge of the Cedars museum houses the largest displayed collection of Ancestral Puebloan artifacts in the Four Corners Region. The park offers unique educational programs throughout the year. An authentic, stabilized ruin is accessible.

A perfect destination for boaters, birders, fishermen, and off-roaders. ATV trails connect with the park including the popular Paiute ATV Trail.

Snow Canyon State Park features red Navajo sandstone, with accents of black lava rock. Sand dunes, quiet trails, and a beautiful campground beckon visitors year-round, though early spring and fall are especially appealing.
11 GOOSENECKS STATE PARK

Piute State Park is at the edge of a scenic reservoir stocked with trophy rainbow, cutthroat, brown trout and smallmouth bass. The reservoir is nestled against the cliffs of the Sevier Plateau. Facilities are primitive and the area is quiet.

Visitors experience profound solitude as they gaze 1,000 feet into a chasm created by the San Juan River. The great gooseneck of the river is the largest entrenched river meander in North America.
