and spice for detail. It's priced to pour as

lift. Splash it into a decanter to let it open

from centenarian vines grown at 2,625 feet

cherry fruit focused by a linear acid structure.

sists of pure sangiovese fermented and aged
in Tuscan-made terracotta vessels. Its red
cherry flavors feel lean and unadorned, the
accents of cherry tomato, crunchy herbs and
peppery spice coming entirely from the fruit
and stems (one-third of the fruit is fermented
as whole bunches). It is a refreshingly energetic and innovative expression of sangiovese
