Wyndham covers the following costs so WorldMark members can focus on vacations.

A partnership built to last.
Over its 30-year history, WorldMark has grown into one of the leading providers of quality timeshare
vacations across the world. One of the factors behind this notable legacy is WorldMark's partnership
with Wyndham, the developer and property manager. Here are some of the ways this relationship
benefits the club:
* As the developer, Wyndham provides new resort destinations which add vitality and value to the
club. Plus, Wyndham deeds these resorts to WorldMark debt-free, meaning the club can continue
to grow with no additional burden or risk to owners.
* On the property management side, Wyndham fully operates, manages, and maintains most
WorldMark properties on behalf of the club.
* Wyndham seamlessly performs renovations and refurbishments, and fully covers the cost
associated with resources that owners use to plan and book their vacations.

Wyndham's expertise in real
estate taxes netted the club
