Opening Keynote: Cybersecurity in the Age of 5G
Countries across the world are racing towards the full implementation of 5G and the technology is set to become a reality
within the next couple of years. As an entirely new network architecture, 5G will fundamentally change the way businesses
operate and how they deliver experiences to their end users. With 5G, cutting edge innovations such as autonomous vehicles,
remote manufacturing, virtual reality and telesurgery will become mainstream. This also means that Communication Service
Providers (CSPs) will now be able to grow their revenue streams through the introduction of new value-added services made
possible by 5G.
However, with an exponential increase in data transmitted across 5G networks, organizations relying on 5G will become
increasingly vulnerable from attacks from increasingly sophisticated cybercriminals. In the race for 5G, what are some of the

City readiness for a disrupted future is the foundational theme for future cities and economies to prepare for the opportunities
and risks that digital disruptions will bring.
Over half our world's population lives in cities today and their rapid growths suggest they will become even greater economic

Parkway Pantai Case Study: Augmenting Healthcare with AI, at Scale
Healthcare expenditure is set to rise over the coming years. Cost will undoubtedly influence patients' decision-making when it
comes to diagnosis and treatment.
UCARE.AI's AI-Powered Hospital Bill Prediction Engine (APACHE) was developed for Parkway Pantai and deployed at hospitals
in Singapore to provide dynamic real-time predictions of bill size at pre-admission with an average 85% accuracy. This
allows for (1) patient financial counselling and (2) price transparency, which builds trust amongst payer, provider and patient.
Ultimately, this case is a first step towards standardization of healthcare cost estimation.
Beyond its application, it is a large-scale implementation that is recognised by the Singapore's Ministry of Communications
and Information as the first successful use case for adopting their recent (PDPC) Model Governance Framework for AI.
