C-COM Secures
US$4M Asia Order
CAN: C-COM has received orders
of approximately US$4million for
its next-generation flyaway and
manpack (backpack) systems.
The bulk of the order is for
C-COM's newest system design,
the motorized manpack antenna
(iNetVu MP-Series).
These were purchased by several
reseller partners and will be
deployed for disaster management
and cellular backup.
A portion of the order has already
shipped while the balance will ship
in Q3 and Q4 of this fiscal year.

Triveni's ATSC 3.0
Broadcast Gateway
USA: Triveni Digital has unveiled a
new ATSC 3.0 Broadcast Gateway.
After receiving one or more IP
streams of data from a transport
encoder, the Broadcast Gateway
generates STL-TP with L1 and L2
signals, and sends the signals to
the station's ATSC 3.0 exciter.
Available in software and hardware
versions, it supports multi-subframe and multi-PLP (i.e., TDM,
FDM, LDM) functions.
An optional external clock allows
broadcasters to deliver ATSC 3.0
services over an SFN.

Allen & Heath
Releases SQ V1.4
GBR: Allen & Heath has released
V1.4 firmware for its awardwinning SQ series.
New audio tools include Multiband
Compressors, Dynamic EQ and DeEsser, all straight from the FX Rack
of dLive.
These optional add-ons allow SQ
users to have up to eight instances
that can be inserted on any input
channel, group or mix.
V1.4 also introduces the offline
mode for SQ's MixPad App, a
Mono option for Matrices, and new
SoftKey / Soft Rotary options.

acquisition of ONEtastic.
Headquartered in Brescia, Italy,
ONEtastic is a provider of television
and digital radio transmission systems.
Founded in 2010, the company has
built a reputation as an innovator
of reliable, compact, and energy
efficient transmitters ideally suited for
broadcasters, network operators and
government applications.
ONEtastic's high-efficiency, lowpower TV and DAB radio transmitters
will complement GatesAir's range
of transmission solutions, and help
the business better address the
needs of large-scale over-the-air

networks worldwide. The acquisition
also strengthens GatesAir's growing
presence in Europe.

Euro Media Group Invests In Sony's
HDC-3500

uro Media Group has acquired 42
Sony HDC-3500 system cameras
with 4K and IP capability. The HDC3500 gives Euro Media Group flexibility
to serve their various clients in the live
production environments.

HDC-3500,
complementing our existing fleet of
Sony solutions, will accelerate our
ability to deliver any type and size
of event in precise color, contrast
and detail," said Ronald Meyvisch,
