by a variety of techniques
including stamping, carving, sculpting
and predominantly CNC routing for
a more precise shape, and then built
up by lamination in various densities

bags can be branded or personalised
- pockets and pouches add to the
flexibility of the product.
We also manufacture bespoke 19 "
racks to protect sensitive equipment
in even the most challenging locations
and environments. Conforming to
IATA standards for checked baggage,
we have our popular lightweight
portable 19-inch rack solution SatRack.
A thermos-formed honeycomb
polypropylene (HPP) body shell with
a high strength-to-weight ratio which
is resistant to crushing. The forming
process does not crimp the HPP
but instead gives the angled edges
longitudinal strength and rigidity
with a stacking capacity up to 100kg.
