The output program of a decoder is
composed of a list of audio sources
organized
in priorities. Up to 3
decoding priorities can be defined.
1. The highest priority receives the
main IP audio stream from
the main encoder.
2. Priority 2 receives the
backup stream from the backup
encoder.
3. The Priority 3 audio source can
be configured to be a sound
file or a playlist stored on a
SD card inserted in X/LINK-LE,
or the audio inputs of
X/LINK-LE.
If the main stream on priority 1
is unavailable, IQOYA switches to
the backup stream of priority 2 (if
it is available), or to priority 3 if the
backup stream is not received.
The criteria for switching between
decoding priorities are configurable:
IP stream loss duration to switch
to a lower decoding priority, and IP
stream recovery duration to switch to
a higher decoding priority.

can be controlled

through
SNMP which
allows a centralized management
and monitoring of the global system.

codecs status, selection/change of
the audio source for each stream,
stop/start of any stream, status of the
decoding for each decoder, status/
quality of each IP stream, alarms, etc.
