NewTek NDI PTZUHD Camera
The NewTek NDI PTZUHD is the first
pan-tilt-zoom camera that transmits
full 4K p60 video directly to NDIcompatible receiving devices across
a standard network. The NewTek NDI
PTZUHD allows content creators to
capture and deliver superior quality
UHD video with native support for
resolutions up to 2160p 60 using a
30X optical zoom lens, and a highquality Sony CMOS sensor.

NewTek NDI|HX-PTZ2 Camera
The NDI|HX-PTZ2 offers the ability
to acquire and deliver video to the
network in full HD with NDI output
via the latest version of NDI|HX. It
provides native support for resolutions
up to 1080p at 60 frames per second.
Using the latest, high-efficiency
version of NDI, the NDI|HX-PTZ2
delivers high-quality video across
selective bandwidth networks with
low-latency and greater flexibility.
The NDI|HX-PTZ2 also offer the
option to acquire and deliver video
into conventional workflows with
support for 3G-SDI and HDMI hardware
output.
Full Featured
Both camera models allow creators
to
streamline
installation
and
reduce cabling complexity through
eliminating the need for a separate
power supply connection and use
Power over Ethernet via PoE+. That
means one network cable can provide
all power and data transfer necessary
for a broadcast-quality production.
Cameras are also easily identified
on
the
network
through
customizable
device
and
channel names. NDI offers
auto-discovery,
meaning
all connected NDI devices
can find each other
automatically without the
need to enter IP addresses
and port information.
Tally notification is
available via physical
LEDs on the cameras,
allowing talent to know
when video output from
the camera is visible on
Program and Preview.
Operators can not only
control cameras via a
control surface or software
interface but also monitor

video, manage login credentials,
and configure audio, video, and
network settings from any compatible
networked device using the Web-based
user interface or NDI Studio Monitor.
NDI Studio Monitor is part of a free
suite of applications called NDI Tools
that is downloadable from NDI.tv. Live
video can also be captured remotely
from any compatible computer or
device using NDI Studio Monitor.
Both cameras allow for management
of exposure, focus, iris, shutter speed,
white balance, wide dynamic range,
and more through easily configurable
video settings. They also offer highquality audio options through support
for mic and line level audio input, and
adjustable gain control.
Firmware updates are available to
ensure the cameras are equipped with
the latest features, capabilities, and
performance enhancements.
