OUR PRESIDENT EMERITUS REMEMBERED WHILE COMMEMORATING OUR 60TH ANNIVERSARY, WE ALSO WISH TO REMEMBER THE RECENT PASSING OF HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS THE DUKE OF EDINBURGH. Prince Philip was a powerhouse of passion and advocacy for conservation across the decades. A trustee for WWF International from our beginning and the first President of WWF-UK, His Royal Highness went on to become President of WWF International (1981-1996) before being named President Emeritus, a position he held until the time of his passing.
