A WWF-UK emergency appeal to support urgent relief efforts followed devastating floods in Pakistan - a stark reminder of the need to urgently tackle the climate crisis and adapt to its inevitable impacts BUILDING STRONG PARTNERSHIPS Our many collaborations range from our longstanding involvement in the Climate Action Network, which drives collective action against the climate crisis while achieving social and racial justice, to the newly launched Alliance for a Just Energy Transformation that aims to mobilize implementation of just energy transition policies worldwide. Our partnerships strongly recognize the interlinked future of nature and people. For example, our Coalition Linking Energy And Nature (CLEANaction) demands that the necessary transition to renewable energy doesn't lead to harmful impacts on nature. And our five-year partnership with the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies aims to enhance the resilience of communities most at risk from climate change through nature-based solutions. 37 © REUTERS / Alamy Stock Photohttps://climatenetwork.org/ https://wwf.panda.org/discover/our_focus/climate_and_energy_practice/what_we_do/changing_energy_use/cleanaction/ https://wwf.panda.org/discover/our_focus/climate_and_energy_practice/what_we_do/nature_based_solutions_for_climate/nature_for_people/ https://wwf.panda.org/discover/our_focus/climate_and_energy_practice/what_we_do/nature_based_solutions_for_climate/nature_for_people/
