Energy Solutions Connect & Communicate 8Customer Supply is currently rolling out ‘Connections’ a programme for all staff across the business ESB Customer Supply What is the Connections Programme? At a time of very significant change for the business, it is important that we all have open and honest conversations with our managers. Through one-to-one engagement with our managers, the ‘Connections’ Programme provides the opportunity to engage on areas which help deliver our business goals while maximising personal development. What are the elements of Connections Programme? There are two key elements to the programme: 1 Revised Competency Framework – the revised framework outlines the skills and behaviours required by all our staff to meet the challenges facing the business in a competitive market. The new competency model has six competencies and was devised with the input of more than 100 staff members across the business. 2. One-to-one Conversations between all staff and their managers in the following areas of ‘the Five Cs’: • Clarity/Communication. • Competency. • Coaching. • Career Development. • Cheering.
