I have had the great pleasure to get to know the legends of
the Fixed Ops Industry and the way many of them have transformed
the auto service industry through their ingenuity and
creativity. In this issue we have David Boyle, President, and
CEO of TraXtion, whose career launched selling a digital MPI
system to service departments across the country. That led to
several revelations that replacement tires are critical to customer
safety, avoiding customer defection, and growing service
revenue. I hope you enjoy his article on this foundational
