whatever task you deem important,

internal feeling of accomplishment
comes when you can check off those

magical, because 100% of the time, if you focus your
attention on any one aspect of your business it does
improve! The days are long, but the months are short.
Tackling your important business is a must so you can
drive the day, instead of the day driving you!
BUSY VS EFFECTIVE
In my workshop on leadership, I spoke about the concept
of " Busy vs Effective " . Those two may sound very simiimportant
tasks. I ask my team frequently, " What are the
top three things that are important to attack today? " It
usually helps to write these things down, but it is not required.
If I walk up and ask you what is important to address
today and you can't answer that off the cuff, then
chances are you're merely reacting to the day. These are
the days we find ourselves being busy and unfulfilled.
Commonly, we moved into the position we currently
hold because we were exceptional at the position we
are now managing. This can cause us to perform tasks
that we used to do because we feel like we are the best
and most efficient at it. No one can do this as well as
I can do it. Honestly, that's not your job anymore. It's
