smoothie is a blender, fruit, and leafy
greens. The right ratio of spinach to
fruit makes it sweet, as well as helps
you reap all the health benefits it
offers.
Ingredients: fresh spinach, frozen
pineapple, frozen mango, and a
fresh banana.
Preparation: blend 1 cup of spinach
in a blender, add 1 cup of liquid, and
blend until all leafy chunks are gone.
Toss in the frozen mango, pineapple,
bananas, and blend until smooth
and creamy. Serve immediately for
maximum nourishment.
