Feeling constantly hungry may have to do with your food choices. Refined
carbohydrates make up the majority of most diets. They also happen to be one
of the least filling macronutrient choices. A common mistake people make
when trying to lose weight is choosing low-fat, carbohydrate-rich foods, such as
cereals and low-fat crackers. Although these foods are typically low in calories,
they're also low in nutrients and won't keep you feeling full. Higher-fiber foods
such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans help reduce appetite.
OUT OF BREATH
The human body was designed to
exert itself. So if you use cardio
equipment, hammer away. It's okay
to break a sweat. It's okay to get
pooped out after only ten minutes.
At that point, go casual and
regroup, then go hard again.

abdominal muscles, improving stability.

with possible lower back issues
while improving your balance and
posture. The muscles in your
arms, shoulders, chest, back,
legs, and core are all engaged
during a heavy bout of
punch dancing, making
it an effective full-body
workout.

TIRE FLIP
Tire flipping is a total-body workout great for
building muscle and getting your cardio work in at
the same time. For many, tire flipping is part of
strength training when gains have plateaued. Here's
how: squat gripping the base of a tire. Lift the tire by
driving up with your legs. As the tire raises drive a
knee to support the weight while moving your hands
to the top of the tire. Push forward with as much
power as you can to complete the flip. Remember to
keep your back straight and lift with the legs. Tire
flipping works your hamstrings, glutes, and back.
